You hold me so tight I cannot breathe I can feel my chest pressing into my back so much so my body feels like it's under attack shallow breaths Escape my mouth I try to take a breath in I Try to shout but the air around me is getting thicker and thicker too thick I can't even breath within rib cage beneath my skin getting Tighter and Tighter on my ribs it feels as if I was still one of the little kids So helpless and meek i can't get Beyond his grip smothering in it drowning in it my bones are cracking beneath the weight controlling my very oxygen in take night terrors that keep me awake this is a feeling I cannot shake like I'm trapped and suffocated in quicksand I cannot take a single step without sinking beneath the pressure of my feet falling deeper and deeper is sower and slower cut me open nothing safe crawl in my skin be the ghost Within haunting my very body I'll be your belief and once you see it you'll feel the sweet release of red
