You weren't there when I needed you You weren't there when I just needed someone to wipe my tears and tell me everything is going to be ok. To pick me up when I fell down turn my frown into a smile. School days when I was the only one who didn't have my father during the father and daughter dance. Feeling incomplete. Without fatherly guidance and love. Without trust. Abused, abandoned without love. My mom is playing the role of mother and father because you were a coward. Running away from responsibility because in your own words you weren't ready. It's too late now for you to raise me but I pray God gives you grace for your mistakes.
