You need to sleep

I see you there, laying on your bed scrolling trought ur endless feed is late isn't it? ur getting tired you need to wake up early in the morning "just one more"-you say to yourself you look out the window the sun has risen and you haven't slept you get out to work tired and unsatisfied but guess what? when the night falls once more ur gonna do it all over again so go on procrastinate just a bit more while rot away in your bed will you be satisfied at the end?
