you lied to me
You lied to me I curse your soul for it over and over again I fixate on the words that left your broken mouth and It keeps the hair on my skin flaming, something in me wants to throw these flames towards you and let it burn eternally at your feet, forever damaging everything you could ever build You've targeted my instincts My gut engulfing itself hungry for revenge, Eyes fixated to the dark shadows on the ceiling as I lie awake teeth endlessly grating away at each other repeating the words you said recalling the gestures you made, painting a picture, holding your pose so perfectly so believable, I bought into the illusion of your kindness My mind can not unbend itself from the warped reality of the world it has to live in now that I know You lied to me humiliated, I stand here, knowing what it feels like to have my passion tained with the memory of a betrayer you're a scam something I wanted to believe in, but it was just false hope I could run down the streets screaming your name into everyone's faces to warn them to stay away from you, but I won't, and I don't know why.
