you dropped me
you used to be the center of my universe. you said you'd always put me first suffocating you cut my throat every time it was love you wrote. you played my emotions like a fiddle on strings I was your little puppet your sex puppet that's how it seems. when I tried to get you stay just fumble the ball didn't I really not matter to you not even at all? I was the almost tragic touchdown in love story. I knew I shouldn't have let you in but the phone sex often felts so good I wanted to run but my heart misunderstood. if I was a burden why drop me and leave? why talk to me at all? why not just leave?! pretend I don't exist. pretend I'm the lovesick ghost that haunts you mercilessly when all I really want was for me and you to be. I tried crying tears. I tried Being angry. but all you did was blame me. like setting fire to gasoline. knowing that I was a ghost I chose to linger though you didn't see my heart aching. if you want me back now you're gravely mistaken. I always loved you but you left my heart bleeding. what the uses of better to loved at all then love lost? but I was the one who lost at all costs.
