You.
One word wasn't enough to describe you. One word wasn't enough to tell stories about how your eyes were deep brown yet not deep enough to swallow me into sorrow. How your eyes crinkle as you smile, your fangs showing shyly as you failed to cover them around your friends. How your eyes dulled whenever your emotions pooled into anger and dissappointment. How your eyes sparkle whenever you see something you like. When you see her. What is it about her? I must be missing something. Ofcourse I am, I lack everything she has that you deserve. I do not get to be upset. Not when you dont notice, not when she is close to you. Not when I've loved you for years, and yet I still pushed it down deep inside until it could explode. All to see that smile. That smile that makes my heart beats faster to the point it hurts when I realise whhat that smile was for. Who it was for. Perhaps I have wasted years of my teenage years yearning for you. Eleven years isn't that long, I joke whenever I see the pity on my friends faces. I do not think it is a joke anymore. Years and years made me realise that it was not just another crush, another boy to fawn over. No. I was in love with you, and it hurts.
