Yesterday...Today?

If we'd have known yesterday What would happen today Would we wakeup & do the same Or would we wish today never came Ever since you went away I can't get back on track today I am numb, lost inside & it's not right Never thought you'd be gone tonight If anyone says, You can't be sad & praise too They need the God I serve, Is who took you He took my Dad to heaven,Praise the Lord, He knew it was time to lay down his sword Whether we felt like it or not, Praise the Lord Whether cold or hot, Praise the Lord Praise the Lord, whether good or bad Words, spoken & lived, by my Dad Many came to beieve in Jesus due to him Many more lights shine & aren't dim He'll have many jewels on his crown His testimony is known for miles around. Everyday, I think of him & get sad Then, remember the life he had I am reminded, This battle He has Won For he's home with our Savior, Gods Son.
