ya snooze, ya lose yr humanity
oh dear it actually happened how unfortunate you see, my avoidant goddess i gave it my all i gave everything i had left in me into fighting for this relationship. fighting for you. fighting for us. and it has proved to no avail, time and time again i had a premonition and that premonition was the earth shattering fear of having nothing left to give and no longer relying on my bright sense of optimism carrying me to the finish line. the fear of no longer being who i used to be and what you see before you in nothing but an empty shell of what a man used to be. hollow, dull, complacent all because he decided to play the waiting game in hopes that his other half finally returns. but days turned to weeks weeks turned to months months turned to years and all he wanted was just one second to breathe he just wanted to breathe but the empty inhaler in his pocket was a reminder that she didn't break 1 heart that day she broke 2 and she was too afraid to tell him and he was too afraid to let go and she was too afraid to face him and he was too afraid of goodbyes and she was too afraid to love him and he was too afraid of never getting a chance to say goodbye
