would i relive my trauma knowing it screwed me up? knowing those nightmares were unbearable? knowing I lost my innocents? knowing I felt like giving up? knowing it's what ruined my life? knowing I had to hurt myself to heal? knowing it made me who it am? knowing I lost myself? knowing I lost sleep? knowing I couldn't be around people? knowing he could have killed me if I had been there a minute longer? the answer is yes of I knew it all then I would do it again, because with poetry I found peace in the chaos.
