It hits you like a wave not taking all ur pain away ur sitting there ur mind running wild you begin to worry The thoughts they just keep coming they never stop you begin to worry Your trying to calm down you even lie and say it's all ok is it really tho you begin to worry One thought after anouther they won't stop they make u think things u never wanted you begin to worry You worry and worry till you begin to realize the worrying can be stopped the moment your relaxed You've stopped worrying knowing it will come back but rest for now for you never know when worry will strike again
