Worn Out Shoes
These old shoes, scuffed and scarred, Have wandered trails near and far. Each crack and crease, a story told, Of journeys made, both young and old. Through sunlit fields and rainy streets, In crowded squares and silent retreats, They’ve weathered life’s uncharted way, Step by step, day by day. Though faded now, their soles worn thin, They hold each place my heart has been. With every tear, they gently show, The weight of dreams, and all I know.
