Word to the Wise
In ancient scrolls, where tales unfold, Lies Britannia's story, brave and bold. A tapestry woven with myth and might, Of kings and knights in valor's light. From Brutus, first of regal name, To Arthur, famed in Arthurian fame, The saga flows through time's embrace, Each monarch leaving their royal trace. Merlin's magic, whispers in the air, Excalibur gleaming, beyond compare. Round Table gatherings, noble and fair, Lancelot's valor, Guinevere's despair. Camelot, a vision of grandeur's hold, Yet fleeting, like the autumn gold. Mordred's betrayal, a kingdom's woe, A final clash where legends go. But still, in echoes through the years, Britannia's spirit perseveres. In castles tall and ancient stones, The heart of Albion ever owns. So let us raise our voices high, In praise of Albion 'neath the sky. For in the annals of history's sway, Britannia's tale shall never fade away.
