Womanhood
We are born once to live and die, Sometimes not a thought of even saying hi. Our story begins a long time ago, Where things were worse maybe not even a hello. Our story begins with Adam and Eve, Where Eve took a bite from the evilest tree. The serpent was a temptation and the easiest trial, Only for us to be this way for a long while. The pain gets tense for the first couple days, Not wanting to move not even to play. Being a woman may seem nice and pretty, But when it comes down to hurt, we always get pity. The cries, the tears, the pain in our eyes, Not one person checks not even asking why. So much goes on in our pretty little heads, Sometimes too much so we just go to bed. Our feelings can be hard to let people see true, But sometimes going with it is the best thing for you. The smiles, the laughs, even the pain and the tears, Sometimes will be the best memories we remember for years. A lot to say but not many to listen, So sometimes we just do things to get some attention.
