Wild Reunion
Out I come on this glorious day To show my babies how to stay Free and wild, in a world so bright Where love and joy, shine with all their might We wandered lost, in a world unsure Then out of nowhere, a loud clamp's allure My paws they hurt, and sent them on a fright As they bounded away, with a desperate might They ran to the human, with worried eyes And brought him to me, with a desperate cry He saw the trap, that held me tight And felt bad for it, with a sorrowful sight He took his time, and set me free And reunited me, with my babies, wild and carefree Now we're together, in this world so wide With love and joy, we'll roam and reside Our future's bright, with a newfound light We'll cherish every moment, in the freedom of night And we'll thank the one, who set us free To live our lives, wild and carefree The human's gaze met mine, as he set me free He saw the gratitude, in my eyes, and in my babies' glee He smiled with kindness, and a gentle touch And in that moment, our hearts felt a gentle clutch He felt a sense of peace, in doing what's right In setting free, a life torn from its might The cubs' small paws, that led him to my side Had shown him the way, to a love that wouldn't subside
