Why can't I move on?

you know what I hate? I hate the fact that I can't move on from you 'Maybe you'll come back' I think to myself, knowing that if you did I would run back to you. I'm really forcing myself to move on and it hurts to think you might be in love w someone else- My love was so genuine and gentle but all you did was hurt me. I still have a soft spot for you...but it feels so wrong to even look at someone new.
