"Whispers of Time"
In the shadows of our shared embrace, Echoes linger of a distant place. Where time stood still in your warm embrace, And all I knew was your tender grace. I built our dreams upon the air, In whispered hopes, without a care. But now I'm left with silent prayer, For moments lost, beyond repair. Your smile, a beacon in the night, A symphony of pure delight. Yet now it fades, out of sight, A bittersweet, ephemeral light. Lost within the depths of you, I found a love so pure, so true. Yet destiny's cruel hands undo, Leaving me adrift, without a clue. Shall I seek solace in another's glance, Or dwell forever in this trance? In your eyes, my final chance, To glimpse the beauty of romance.
