whispers of the forest dread
In the forest deep, where shadows dwell, A presence stirs, a story to tell. Whispers of a curse, a darkened past, Echo through the trees, the die is cast. The moon hangs low, a silver glow, Casting shadows on the earth below. Branches twist and claw at the sky, As night creatures wail, a mournful cry. A figure moves, a shapeless form, A specter of dread, a gathering storm. Eyes that gleam in the dead of night, A chilling sight, a ghastly fright. Footsteps echo, a hollow sound, Through the mist that blankets the ground. A shiver runs down your spine, In the presence of something malign. Beware the woods, where spirits roam, For in the darkness, you're not alone. Listen closely, heed the warning, Or face the wrath of the cursed morning.
