WHISPERS OF PARADISE
As melodies of old songs wash over me tonight, I’m swept away to a world of dreams, Where life’s symphony plays sweet and serene. We all yearn for that stress-free embrace, don’t we? A life where desires flow like a gentle breeze On a warm summer day. Yet, perhaps this longing is universal, Each of us painting our own paradise. For me, it’s waking to the whispers of birds, Nestled in nature's splendor, Where simplicity and beauty entwine, Like tender shoots in a blossoming garden. I dream of a wooden haven, Cradled by trees, a garden alive with color, Butterflies sipping nectar from vibrant blooms, And the distant sea sparkling, beckoning adventure. As day unwinds, I’d bask in the sun’s embrace, Its rays dancing across the earth, While night brings the moon’s soft glow, Stars twinkling like diamonds, And the crickets’ soothing serenade. This is my sanctuary, my happy place. Though reality may differ, I believe we can weave our own worlds, Our own realities. What about you? What world have you crafted for yourself?
