Whispers in the hollow night
May you hold me in your arms, Entwining breaths so warm, So soft and tight, In the goodness of the hollow nights Do you hear drops of rain, Of my heart, trying to shed the pain? From you, Desiring to say low, Hoping you to hear slow The words you whisper, as sacred air, Now, filled my soul, now stay in there When You call my name, and time stands still, For only you, I bent my fate and heart's will Like love bleeds through rain, A mad story, then prisoned, now has unchained, So many times we've detached, Yet, by the will of god, we're still matched My heart, loves a goddess, Carved from light and love's crust, Spilled a spell, from eyes so well, Which tends my soul to trust Without you, breath feels like a hollow space, A night where stars have lost their place, A world with no laws, only you, My heart obeys, Without you, my love is lost in haze Never would you weigh too much, My heart begs for your smile, your touch, For the spark that lights up your eyes, Let me trade myself, my world, and my skies
