Whispers Beneath the Stars
In twilight's soft embrace they meet, Beneath the stars, their hearts compete, A dance of words in whispered tone, Two souls entwined, yet still unknown. His gaze, a fire, ignites her soul, In murmured vows, their secrets roll. She, a blossom in the night, With eyes that gleam like stars alight, Her laughter floats upon the air, A melody of love so rare. He listens to her song so sweet, His heart entranced, his senses fleet. He speaks of clouds, of skies so gray, Of dreams deferred, and skies astray, Yet when he listens to her tales of delight, In her radiance, he finds his only respite. In silence, truths begin to bloom, Love's tender bud, dispels the gloom. As dawn approaches, they must part, Yet love's embrace still fills their heart, With whispered vows, they say goodbye, But in their souls, love will not die. For in this moment, they've found the key, That love endures for eternity.
