Whispered Confessions
Some words I spoke were carried by the wind, never to be heard by them. I whispered so silently to the breeze, not even I heard what I said that very moment. But what I know is that it went somewhat like: "If you were a passing cloud, I'd spend my life travelling the world just so I could see you all the time. If you were the moon, I'd stay up all night staring at perfection. If you were the rain, I'd let you pour on me till I froze from the cold. If you were death itself, I'd surrender to you. If you were the tranquil life, I'd wish I could live forever. I love you—and I always shall. I love you with all I can offer. I love you till time comes for me. I love you for all your beauty. I love you for all your flaws, I chant your name with every breath I take, and from this moment on, I devote myself to you— for eternity." I wish I had told you, instead of whispering.
