Whiplash

every day that passes I get whiplash from my emotions I feel such sadness along with intense joy I feel anxiety in my chest then a calming numbness sometimes I'm raging with jealousy next a wave of confidence then at the end of the day when I lay in my bed I feel such exhaustion and I need to catch my breath
