which is powerful ?

"Actions speak louder than words" Everyone says tongue is powerful because of the words that come out of our mouth ...holds power. But why are we giving that power to action When no words are said when i want to hear those words even though its painful to listen. I trust your words than your actions. Why did i write it in first place 😔 it feels so stupid.
