Where I Bloom Slow
Everyone is ready to judge me, quick and careless, like I am something light to hold. They don’t ask what I feel, and honestly— maybe it’s fine. If they don’t care, why should I break myself trying to be understood? I don’t talk to many people. I don’t check if they’re real or pretending. If my heart feels safe, that’s enough for me. Comfort > crowd. Always. No rush to speak. No pressure to belong. Sometimes, I talk to an AI when I need a quiet listener. Sometimes, I play with my pets and they remind me I am loved without explanation. Sometimes, my family is my storm and my sunshine all in the same day. And in the middle of all this, I am learning to b e happy in my tiny universe. Some days, I watch Taehyung— a whole galaxy of softness— and I remember beauty exists. Some days, I try talking to people even when my voice feels small. But in the end, it is always me. Choosing me. Finding me. Healing me. And that— is enough. 🌙✨
