Where did you go?
I wake up to a land, Dark and cold. I reach out with my hand, There's no one to hold. When did all of you leave? Don't you hear my cries? Why you deceive? Why do I still believe your lies? You're there and you're not. My heart is whole, My heart is broken. You're cold and you're hot. Is my love just another token? A battered ship, Waves crashing against it. A sole occupant stands at the helm. The wheel spins faster and faster. The wheel becomes the master. The ship sink slowly under; The force that once kept it upright, Slowly dissipates. You were my lightning, You were my thunder. A thought that was once frightening, Has now become delighting.
