When it rains
When it rains, it's going to rain, This gentle downpour, a pure domain, A cleansing shower, washing away the stain, A healing touch to cleanse the soul of the wicked. Let the droplets fall upon your skin, Feel the grace from within, For in water's embrace, we begin, To cleanse the darkness, let the light seep in. This is the way, the divine decree, To soothe the ache, set your spirit free, As raindrops dance, let your thoughts see, The wisdom of nature, the sacred decree. Do not think that all is owed, For Mother Earth's gifts are to be bestowed, With gratitude, our souls are sowed, In humble reverence for all that has flowed. Let not arrogance cloud your gaze, Or entitlement dim your sacred days, Rather, sing with nature, in harmonious praise, For it is through giving, that abundance stays. When it rains, it's going to rain, A symphony of water, to wash away the pain, Embrace the moment, let your spirit gain, The pure, cleansing essence of this earthly domain.
