When Is My Rising Day? Shant
I search the sky for my name to appear, Wandering through time’s endless parade, Under the weight of unspoken stars, Wondering when my dawn will break. Do you know the hour, oh cosmic power? The moment when I will stand and rise, Or is it hidden beneath the black waves, A secret buried in the still night’s breath? I’ve walked the edges of countless dreams, Felt the pull of a distant, unseen light, But the hour slips away like water through hands, Leaving me with nothing but questions and hopes. Will my rising day be wrapped in silence, Or will the earth cry out my name? Will I burst like a sun from the deepest dark, Or fall quietly, unnoticed, into the folds of time? When is my rising day, tell me, please, Is it carved in the stars or whispered in wind? For I stand here, waiting— Hoping the day will finally come.
