when I speak

When I try to speak no one listens. when I try to speak no one cares or I am misunderstood when I try to speak people just do not care.. what the point of being told to use my voice when no one listens or cares. I want a hug cause I feel lonely I want a hug to feel safe. I want a hug to feel the love I once felt. when I speak I want to be heard I wanted to feel safe is that alot to ask for. when can I use my voice and finally be understood.
