What's A Situationship?

One person getting all the best parts of a relationship, without the hassle of having to be committed or loyal to someone. Someone getting their cake and eating it too in a relationship, while the other person does all the hard work that a relationship takes and in turn feels insecure and alone. Less than a relationship, but more than a casual encounter or a booty call. An unidentified commitment free relationship. Getting the benefits of a relationship without having to expend too much emotional energy. A relationship with no label, and no commitment, where one or both people are dating other people. A situationship develops when one or both people aren't in love with each other, and are using the other as a "place holder" until they meet someone better.
