What I'm asking for

I never get what I want I always want what I can never have I can never get what I ask for I ask for too much I bark up the wrong tree Hoping to get some fruits I bite more than I can chew Only to end up choking Life is not kind to me Maybe I should be kind to myself first I can't expect life to go easy on me When I'm so hard on myself I need to be better For a better life Life is never gonna be positive Not when I'm negative all the time
