What does family mean? It's a toxic world you can't escape from. I don't care if they're your family if they yell, hit, blame, or manipulate, you need to learn how to distance yourself. They are toxic and you need a new environment, you don't have to cry yourself to sleep or blame yourself for their actions, you need emotional stability because if you don't get it your entire world will crash right before your eyes and once it does no one, I mean no one will know what happened. Toxic people make you contribute to their actions so they can blame you.
