What Do You Do With Power
If you had power, want would you do? Would you help the world or break it in two? Would you lift the weak and make them strong, Or rule with fear, where none belong? Would it feel heavy, like a chain? Would it bring joy, or only pain? Can power ever really be free, Or does it own you, like the sea? What happens when the gets blurred, When kind intentions turn to blurred words Would you still see the right from wrong Or would power's song make you sing along? Would you fight for love, crush it down? Would you wear a smile or a twisted crown? If you held the world in your hands, Would it slip like grain of sand? I'm asking you, poet , what's your call Is power worth the price at all?
