we meet our brothers again
Six suns have set, O Lord of Hosts, yet Thou art ever Great; Though fear hath seized our trembling hearts within this heavy state. Thou walkest o’er the raging deep while our frail hands grow weak, Yet Thou art He of Holy Writ, the Strength of all who seek. What dwelleth far beyond the reach of mortal, earthly men, Is wrought by Thine Almighty hand, beyond our narrow ken. For man was fashioned by Thy breath, and by Thy will alone, Should he be summoned from this earth to stand before Thy throne. Let others trust in princely might or chariots of pride, But we shall place our trust in Thee, our Shepherd and our Guide. For though the veil be dark and thick, our hearts shall not complain, Knowing that in Thy perfect light, we meet our brothers once again.
