War Inside my Head
Mercilessly, tirelessly, Silent wars rage in my head, Silent, oh so silent, As if they were nothing, Nothing but unnoticed whispers, Tirelessly, they rage in my head, As if my own mind wanted me dead, Every mean little moment, Piercing through my heart, Like a thousand little knives, Every joyous moment, Staining my brain like bleach, Good and bad, 2 very opposite sides, Clashing together like 2 sides of a war, Like a war, that rages inside my head, Each overbearing thought, Trapped in cages, wanting me dead.
