Walls and Faces
Home is where the heart is That is what they say But every time i walk through the door The air suffocates me I need to get out Its not their fault they are this way "this is going to hurt me more than it hurts you" I bite my toungue because they had it worse And so i leave, Hoping my friends will help me feel found The sound of their laughing rings in my ears Laughing at something i know nothing about I relize im not really there either I bounce between walls and faces, Looking for a place that doesnt push me away Maybe, The only place i can stand to be Is where no one knows me yet.
