walking beside a Graveyard
I was walking by the graveyard, Just on a normal, noisy day— Cars honking, metro passing, The usual city sound and sway. But something felt different there. Though the world was loud around me, All I could feel was silence— A kind of quiet, calm, and free. The breeze was soft and steady, The air was cool and clear. I didn’t feel scared or heavy, Just peaceful, with nothing to fear. It was still, but not lonely, Silent, but not sad. In that short walk by the graveyard, I felt more alive—and glad.
