Walking among shadows
Walking among shadows ............ They hover around me Like dark clouds, Their presence fills me More than it ever should My fears come alive Whenever they roam. Above our thoughts They dwell within, In our souls They try to speak Beyond the tides They keep wishing to live But they're never alive. In my journeys I see the darkest clouds, Clouds thicker than rain They threw to fall Let they who are restless Find their peace. Admist the fears They wield shields, Those who found rest Atained peace Those who were cut off Seek revenge Anubis , dear guardian Keep them safe Lest we are lost We once walked with life But here we are Walking among shadows. © Adiela Michael
