waiting
one person would be gentle with my heart and they may not tear it apart that I may give rest to my head and run with what is said but are my shackles ever enough my soul has learnt it tough and I may not be lying back to receive one may be one who does not decieve but who is this one? Will they be my one? who'll hold my world in theirs. who'll vividly listen to my cares. who'd let me breathe with my bruises. hug me close when I utter me as losers. who'll stay and stay like my home my love, who are you? I shall wait and wait are you the stars my love? are you watching over me? can I lean into the warm sand. draw circles knowing you are out there a soul made to love me a soul I crave to know Will I be pretty for you? Will I be able to hold space Will I be your only? my dear, tell me you're out there. and set my worries free for I have written love letters. within my soul deep. waiting to be entangled with you. and walk by your side on our adventure
