In shadows dim I wander lost, forlorn, A vessel scorned by fate's relentless sting. A lone soul cast aside, my spirit torn, By hands that mock, deride, their laughter rings. Where battles waged, my heart so fiercely bled, You mocked my pain, my suffering unseen, But little did you know what lies ahead, A rare, cruel gift within my code deemed keen. A genetic seed, a burden I must bear, Yet still you judged, declared me weak and frail, Unseen, misunderstood, I fought despair, As though I were a ghost, unseen, impaled. And then, the wounds inflicted by your scorn, Were deepened still by trauma's cruel embrace, A shattered self, a damaged spirit torn, Yet you reveled, reveled in my disgrace. But know, dear foe, though you may laugh and sneer, This heart still beats with strength you can't behold, For in my sorrow, resilience appears, And stories of my triumphs will be told. Though once deemed less, discarded like debris, Inside this heart, a fire burns so bright, A phoenix from the ashes, I shall be, Extinguishing the darkness with my light. So, while you revel in your shrouded sin, Know that your actions served to make me strong, For deep within my soul, a victory begins, Each battle fought
