i've stopped eating. not really. i am never full. if i am always starving, i may as well be thin. that way, maybe the vultures will again want me. maybe the sharks circle my bleeding corpse, indifferent to what killed. maybe the hyenas will laugh at me, and i can hear their voice one more time, dying.
