Vomitory
From one to another And back, this time from the next The morning sun is rising under Neath the dawn of wrong context. For I am witness of this tragic scene That I watched trauma escape from tragedy. As if clockwork means that time be still Days anew lacking splendor, passing as they will... I AM adrift amidst ritual breaking of dawn Lulling a bye, by and by going, out passing Outpacing, out phasing until color is gone A motivated gray, my own dreary unlasting. Not lasting, yet here I AM still Bathed in sunshine sickness, vomit they we share All the same each new day, I can't though I will I don't know why the ache, not compelled to care I'm undriven to have much concern When I get back, this time from the next. Nothing but differences are same by return. Nothing will change, what do I expect?
