Voices

I hear them The sound Rattles in my skull I lose touch with reality  And become one with The voices  It’s all I hear Am I going crazy Would I even know I lost my mind I've lost myself  Listening to the  Voices in my head  Constant chatter in the skull Shakes up my brain It makes me scared  Of myself  When someone asks What's your biggest fear  Most say Heights or Spiders or  Public speaking  For me  My biggest fear  Is myself
