visitors
The shadows of solitude, are a nice place to lie. Gathering inspiration as the world passes by. I've been left behind, I'm behind a wall. Life moves too fast now, and I'm running out of ways to stall. I stand in front of a shelf of words, protecting my thoughts. My time is spent trying to come up with bew characters and plots. I'd rather spend time with the people inside my head, they'll never leave me or go back on what they've said. And I'll never have to explain to them the life I've lead. Gathering life from behind the glass, watching the visitors tap on my cage as they pass.
