In a desolate pit beneath the earth's surface, a solemn gathering encircles her, their intentions twisted. They engage in a perverse act as they enclose the void, showering the wooden casket with a vile mixture. Unexpectedly, the coffin shatters violently, unleashing a horrifying sight. The woman, now revived, possesses decomposing flesh and eerie, luminescent green eyes. Drenched in gallons of repulsive fluids, she seeks to further mutate herself by injecting vials of a virus. Slowly, she emerges from the soil, relentlessly pursuing the men who defiled her resting place.
