Violent Storm
In the dead of night, he came uninvited. Slipping through the cracks of my heart, He entered with malice in his eyes. My sanctuary violated, shattered in an instant. His presence a haunting reminder Of love turned sour, of promises broken. A violent storm brewing within him, Raging to destroy what once was sacred. His hands became weapons of chaos, Striking fear into the depths of my soul. I tried to reason with this ghost from my past, But his anger was a relentless force, Blinding him to any semblance of humanity. In that moment, I saw the monster he had become. The boy I once loved now a stranger, Leaving scars upon me that would never fade. As he raged on, destroying everything in his path, I found a strength within me I never knew existed. With trembling hands and shaky breaths, I stood tall in defiance against his darkness. And when he finally left, leaving behind only wreckage I realized that I was stronger than before For surviving this nightmare come true Though battered and bruised, scarred yet still standing I know now that I am invincible Forever changed by his attack But never broken.
