Victims in Disguise”
They wear smiles like masks, stitched with lies, Dripping honey from tongues that poison skies. They call you friend when eyes are near, But sharpen their words when you can’t hear. They drain your light to feed their shade, Then cry out loud when truth’s displayed. Their hands are clean, their stories neat, While you’re the villain they defeat. They twist your pain into their crown, Turn every bruise to bring you down. They play the weak, they play the kind, While stabbing slow from just behind. You gave them love, they gave you blame, And danced away without the shame. But let them talk — their echoes fade, You’ll rise again from what they’ve made. Because fake friends crumble, truth remains, And you’ll wear scars instead of chains
