Unwritten Days
"Since December" Since December, my words have slept, Hidden in shadows, quietly kept. The ink stayed still, the pages bare, A silence heavy, yet unaware. Now it’s January, twenty-five, A whole month gone, but I’m alive. Perhaps I paused to breathe, to feel, To understand what’s truly real. But today, the quiet ends its reign, I pick up the pen to write again. A reminder: even in stillness, we grow, And the words will return, soft and slow.
