I walk past the neighbourhood I used to live in Memories and flashbacks came back In X-ray Thoughts are blurry Houses and the streets feel different but they're still the same I look at the ground where my mom left her stuff Running from home I hear the joy of laughter in my head The voices of my friends when i was playing back then When my mom was about to leave I could imagine the sadness and sorrows in my sibling's faces Standing near the black door Looking at dad He was running fast But my mom had already left He kept running But there were only memories left behind My dad looked around him and saw his children But we were not only his children we were also little kids My mom left us And my dad had no choice but to stay She ran to the unknown Thinking it would be better this way She got lost in a strange land Where she recognise anyone including herself She left thinking good things were waiting for her But she found herself in a black hole Searching in the nothingness Lost Still running With no place to go
