"The grass is always greener on the other side." That may be true, but still, we try, to suck and cut and snip and slice, contort ourselves into something we think we'll like. Taught to hate parts of ourselves, we can't change. Lighter eyes and thinner thighs. The grass isn't greener on this side. We change ourselves completely, but the flaws we find are never-ending.
