Unstable

My body is a prison A cage of pain and fear My mind a stormy ocean A place I cannot steer My emotions are a rollercoaster Riding up and down I can't control the highs or lows They leave me feeling drowned My body shakes and trembles My muscles weak and sore I long for a moment's peace But it feels like there's no cure My thoughts race and spin A never-ending cycle I try to find a way out But it feels like there's no recital I am physically, emotionally, and mentally unstable A broken vessel, a shattered soul
